Who You Are
If you’re a fast learner, resourceful, have a good command of writing in Spanish and English, who is an outgoing team player with a passion for knowledge management, we need to talk! We're looking for a driven individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
What You’ll Do
You will develop and maintain knowledge resources within a great
documentation team, and conduct internal and customer trainings.
What you'll we need to be successful
3+ years of technical writing experience, in the software industry.
Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
Ability to collaborate with various other department, communicate with developers, engineers and testers and get the needed data.
SaaS experience – a big plus.
Additional languages - advantage
