About the Role:
As part of Dalet’s expansion, we are building a new Inside Sales
Accounts team to work in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment, bringing
proven market-leading solutions to a growing sector. The SaaS initiative
is part of a strategic growth plan for Dalet and you will be part of
the team spearheading expansion into new market sectors.
The Inside Sales Executive will report to the global head of Inside
sales, you will develop sales opportunities from qualified lead to
closure and hand over to the Dalet delivery team. You will build on
these initial relationships with clients to upsell additional Dalet
Services. The successful candidate will be working in a dedicated team
but build important relationships within the wider Dalet group,
specifically with Area Sales Managers, Marketing, Pre- and Post-sales
teams.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You are goal-oriented and highly self-motivated for success,
with a proven track record of over achievement and hitting quota (1+
years)
- You may also be a successful lead generation representative (2+ years) looking to step into a quota-carrying sales role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- You are customer-focused and have a keen ability to form long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- 1+ years of proven account management or other relevant sales experience
- 1+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience
What You’ll Do:
- You will be responsible for delivering revenue quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Introduce
new product offerings and functionality to your customer base, keeping
them up to speed on our latest product enhancements and new releases
- Understand and articulate complex business issues and explain how Dalet SaaS offerings will address and resolve them
- Develop trusted relationships with customers leading to the initial sale
- Build long-term relationships within your customers’ leadership team based on trust and accountability
- There
will be an element of self-generation of leads through social selling
and leveraging your own knowledge, but the main focus will be following
up on company-generated leads and marketing campaigns within your
territory
- You will build long term relationships with Dalet’s
partner network and support partner sales efforts on partner-generated
opportunities.
- Effectively use Dalet’s CRM system to manage sales opportunities through a well-defined sales process
- Keeping up to date with Dalet product and services information
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Work with the head of inside sales to create a personal plan to successfully deliver your revenue quota
- The role can be office-based or fully remote
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s degree or other educational degree
- Experience or knowledge of video production or distribution would be a benefit
- Experience selling and positioning the benefits of SaaS solutions
- Multi-lingual would be an advantage
