Role Overview: Be a Builder
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Revenue Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This is a hybrid role blending Revenue Operations, Sales Support, and Deal Management, perfect for someone who loves to structure, build and optimize for a new Go-To-Market function.
This position is ideal for someone looking to gain broad exposure in revenue operations, sales forecasting, deal governance and driving sales success, while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations & Sales Support:
- Optimize and manage Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate data and insightful reporting.
- Supercharge sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue tracking to support data-driven decisions. Assist in sales planning, maintaining key operational processes.
- Enhance sales planning & operational efficiency, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
Deal Management & Strategy:
- Oversee deal desk operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of deals.
- Assist sales teams with deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract compliance.
- Work with leadership to enforce governance, approvals, and policy adherence.
- Support annual planning and sales compensation administration.

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/ or HubSpot (or other CRM tools).
- Salesforce certified a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, sales processes, and deal structuring.
- Experience with pricing approvals, governance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel & Tableau for reporting and analysis.
