As a trainer, you will develop and maintain knowledge resources within a great documentation team, and conduct internal and customer trainings.
What you’ll be doing
- Build awareness of the latest features, technologies, and processes and incorporate those into our trainings.
- Deliver training in-person or virtually with minimal supervision leveraging a variety of delivery methods.
- Create a friendly, environment and encourage learners to ask questions; monitor the progress of learners.
- Document new features and media workflows.
- Provide course content feedback to broader Knowledge Management Team to ensure consistency across our curriculum portfolio.
What you’ll need to be successful
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English spoken and written communication skills and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments, product management, engineering and present accurate and up to date information.
- Comfortable working in an international environment, handling complex systems and customer facing relationship.
- Experience SaaS and cloud required
- Experience in the Broadcast / Media workflow industry (Ingest, Media processing, Scheduling, MAM, Playout etc) required
- Ability to travel to customer sites
